"notAjewelry" wants your buying experience to be as enjoyable and loyal as possible. I take all precautions to make sure your bought notAjewelry item(s) arrives safe to your address.
In order to be so I take care of firm and elegant packaging. Please see details under "shipping" section. Thank you.
I do my best while photographing my jewelry- please keep in mind that the colours may appear differently according to your computer screen.
Please note I don't refund unless there was an error on my part. Please contact me on email@example.com and we will find the way out. For items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item NOT the shipping costs.Thank you for understanding.
If you want to return or exchange your placed order, please contact me within 5 working days from the day you receive your order so we can make arrangements. Unfortunately, If more than 5 days pass from the day you receive your order a return or exchange is no longer available. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless contacted via email and arrangements are made before the order is shipped back to us.
I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the post. All my jewelry is sent like registered mail with tracking numbers. I always obtain proof of postage and shipment for every order. This rarely ever happens and when it does it is very unfortunate, but we cannot be held responsible for Croatian or other world's post and their employees. I am always helpful in tracking your packages on sites and part of the world where is it applicable.
